Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We work hard to get your order packed and on its way so you can start enjoying your new gear as soon as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–6 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Transit times vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

Customers may choose express shipping options for faster delivery once the order has shipped; however, selecting expedited shipping does not change our 2–6 business day processing time.

Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier used will depend on the destination, shipping method selected, and package size.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the package and the destination address.

We also offer free shipping on orders over $120.

For international orders, we use Shopify Managed Markets to automatically calculate applicable shipping rates, duties, taxes, and required international fees at checkout when available.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders that are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or delivered incorrectly due to an address error, are the responsibility of the buyer. Additional shipping charges may be required to resend returned packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
